Germain Motor Company Welcomes Sprinter to its Dealer Group Family

Columbus, OH -- July 1, 2010 -- Germain Motor Company, a multi-state automobile dealership group, recently welcomed the popular commercial van known as the Sprinter to its family.  In January 2010, Mercedes-Benz started selling the Sprinter, which is a Daimler AG vehicle, at select dealerships.  The Sprinter will be sold at their Mercedes-Benz dealership in Columbus, Ohio, Mercedes-Benz of Easton. 

As part of their foray into the world of the Sprinter van, which is widely used in the expedited shipping industry, Germain Motor Company also recently welcomed an experienced hand when it comes to Sprinters, Shawn Crace.  Mr. Crace has been involved with Sprinter dealers since 2004 and has specialized in their sales, financing, and service. 

“I have enjoyed selling the Sprinter.  With all the different up-fits that can be done with them, there’s something for everyone.” 

Crace, like Germain, is excited to be adding Sprinters as part of their dealership’s offerings, at least partially because it represents an expansion and, for Crace, a continuance of dealing with commercial buyers.  Says Crace, “I have especially enjoyed working within the expediting community.  It feels great to be able to help people get the vehicle they need to do the job.  Without a doubt the Sprinter is perfect for expediting, and it’s really neat to talk to the owner/operators later down the road and hear everything is going well.

The 2010 Sprinter comes in three trim levels: the base model begins at an MSRP of $35,250.  The Sprinter Cargo Van begins at $36,925, and the top-of-the-line passenger van carries an MSRP of $40,800.  All are available through Mercedes-Benz of Eaton in Columbus.
